Cheese-Wighing House in Gouda

We went to Gouda (the Dutch pronounce it "chouda", with the ch having the same sound as a gutteral Irish loch") . It was Sunday afternoon, so most of the stores and restaurants were closed. I made sure they put Gouda cheese on my sandwich--I always want to try the specialties of the area.
